Two activists climbed a DLR train at Canary Wharf station and one super glued himself to the carriage, 17th April 2019, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom. Reflections of police removing a hand glued onto the DLR carriage window. The environmental protest group Extinction Rebellion has called for civil disobedience and peaceful protest to force the British government to take drastic action on climate change. The group wants the government to tell the truth and admit that the impact of climate change is much more severe than they say and that action to mitigate catastrophic climate change is urgent.

Kristian Buus is a Danish / UK based freelance photographer covering social issues and human stories.

He has extensive experience working on sensitive issues, a fast moving environment and able to strike up a relationship with most people. He works with both formal studio settings and the spontaneous moment and his work cover both short commissions and long term projects.

He has also experience working with moving images, editing and social media.
