Description

The title of this black and white artwork series is “Devastation 612." The numbers in each artwork represents a memorable date of democratic movement in 2019. Siu brings out the message of frantic rule of government to protestors and reveals the dark side of human beings in an authoritarian system.

Jason Siu 

Jason Siu is a versatile and creative independent Hong Kong artist and
designer. He has seen success in creating art toys, artwork, characters and
branding for global and local clients. He creates diverse artworks in figure/
character designs, artwork for exhibitions as well as for magazines.  

He has participated in exhibitions worldwide: Visionaire Gallery (New
York), Hanku (Japan), Monkey Playground (Germany), WIWP remixed exhibition (London), and Black wonderland exhibition (Netherlands).One of his original designer art toy-speakers, with the concept of “Speak Your Mind,” was popular in USA, Europe, Japan, Korea.

Based on our agreement with the artist, 15% of the pre-VAT price excluding frames will be donated to support the social movement. Donation will be given to Hongkongers in Britain.
